Follow the 5 easy steps below to book your next event at Huntly Memorial Hall.

1 – Fill out the easy form:

Begin by completing our straightforward booking form.
It only takes a few minutes, and we’ve designed it to be hassle-free. Make sure to check that the time you’re after is available. Check the calendar one last time below before making your booking.

2 – Make your payment
to secure your booking:

Make your payment using the easy instructions emailed to you once you’ve submitted your booking. Your booking is confirmed once the $250 bond at least is received as a deposit.

Payment is only acceptable via bank transfers at this time. Bookings are final once full payment and bond has been received. Complete payment details are available in your Booking Confirmation email and by clicking here.
We apologize for any inconveniences. 

3 – Pick up your entry card at Friendship House:

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your entry card will be available at Friendship House. Click here for more information about Friendship House.

Cards will be made available 14 days before your event or after you have paid in full, depending on which is first. 
Cancelling your booking within 14 days of your event will result in a $25 cancellation fee from your refunded amount.
Lost cards will result in a $25 fee being deducted from your bond.
A call-out fee of $25 will be deducted from your bond if you need to be let in for your booking.

4 – Enjoy your event:

Now that the venue is secured, time to finish planning everything else. Your card will work between your chosen times, please ensure to leave the hall in the standards set out in the terms and conditions, and most importantly ENJOY!

5 – Receive your bond back:

Make cleaning part of the event, our cleaning guidelines can be found here. You will receive your bond within 10 working days of your event.
