Please fill in the details of when you would like to access the hall. This includes any time before and after your event that you may require for setting up and cleaning up.

Please ensure that none is sold as that would require a special licence.

Failure to follow this is illegal and Huntly Memorial Hall holds no responsibility.

Please Note: The Huntly Memorial Hall Management Team is not responsible for the health and safety of attendees during any event.
This responsibility falls on the contact person for your event.

Users must complete a hazard check of the facility and note any issues or areas of concern.

All attendees must sign in as a health and safety requirement in the event of an earthquake or a fire.

Please keep a list of present guests at your event to ensure their safety in the event of a fire, earthquake, or other emergency. 

In the event of an emergency, please make sure to notify Huntly Memorial Hall Management. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your bond regardless of the type of emergency. 

If you intend to use an apparatus such as a bouncy castle you must comply with the following:
1. The equipment is safe and maintained.
2. On areas with a hard floor some form of crash mat is available.
3. An appropriate named adult to supervise and control.
4. A named person to be on site who has first aid experience.

Cancelling your booking 14 days before your booking will result in a $25 fee being deducted from your bond. 

Please note: your bond will be refunded within 10 working days from your event.
This is to ensure the hall has been left in a reasonable condition.

YOUR BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE COMPLETE PAYMENT OF YOUR BOND. YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT. You are able to make payments over time towards your booking. 

Details on how to pay will be emailed to your provided email account upon submitting this form. 

You payment must be in at least 7 days before your booking to ensure your booking can be processed before your event.

PLEASE NOTE: Not including the reference number emailed to you may result in any payments you make being lost. Please ensure to use the reference number provided to make sure your booking is secure, that any small payments you may wish to make are kept organised in the system, and your bond can be returned without any issues.
