When choosing the hours for your booking, please include enough time for set-up and clean-up of your event. For security and safety reason, you will not be allowed in the hill outside your booked time.
Please ensure your booking time covers every minute you need to be in the hall. Time spent in the hall outside of your booked hours will be deducted from your bond, along with any potential call out fee.
Your booking is officially confirmed once your bond is paid.
Your entry card will be available to collect from Friendship House, 55 William Street, Huntly, once your booking is paid in full.
Leave your card in the black box by the hall entrance or return it to Friendship House to ensure a full return of your bond. If your card is lost or misplaced a $25 fee will be deducted from your bond.
Unfortunately, Huntly Memorial Hall is only available to accept bank transfers at this moment. Due to this payment method it can become hard to keep track of different peoples payments and bonds.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE THE REFERENCE NUMBER PROVIDED IN YOUR SUBMISSION EMAIL TO ENSURE YOUR BOOKING IS SECURED AND YOUR BOND CAN BE RETURNED.
Please Note: The Huntly Memorial Hall Management Team is not responsible for the health and safety of attendees during any event.
This responsibility falls on the contact person for your event.
Users must complete a hazard check of the facility and note any issues or areas of concern.
All attendees must sign in as a health and safety requirement in the event of an earthquake or a fire.
Please keep a list of present guests at your event to ensure their safety in the event of a fire, earthquake, or other emergency.
In the event of an emergency, please make sure to notify Huntly Memorial Hall Management. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your bond regardless of the type of emergency.

1. The equipment is safe and maintained.
2. On areas with a hard floor some form of crash mat is available.

4. A named person to be on site who has first aid experience.
As the contact person for your booking, it is your responsibility to leave the hall in a clean and tidy condition once your event has finished.
Floors and surfaces are cleaned and ALL rubbish is removed from the hall.
You will be emailed a full Cleaning Checklist along with your booking confirmation and payment instructions.
